Marc Scolnick is an incredible attorney! He works so hard for his client, he will keep digging and work long hard hours to win your case. Marc is young, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about the law. He is not intimidated at all by the older more experienced attorneys that come up against him. In fact he uses his youthfulness to his advantage, he makes other attorneys look foolish when they try to lecture or look down on him. If you need a great lawyer, no an extraordinary lawyer, you need to contact Marc ( and he definitely will call you back! )

Aaron helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was very happy with how it turned out. He was very good at keeping me in the loop with what was going on. I thought it be very stressful, but with Aaron it was the complete opposite.

After the first few months he disappeared, literally, the office where he was working told us he was going through some personal problems and there's nothing they can do, I lost $1000 and now I am filing a formal complaint. He lied to us on multiple occasions and we found out on our own by going down to court on our own with our index number, a total disgrace.

I was looking for a lawyer to hire for my criminal case. When he told me he would charge me 1500, I thought I was going to have an excellent lawyer. Wrong assumption. He took my money and was not responsive at all. At the trial, he did not care about winning or losing. When I tried asking him why I was charged so much for bad service, he would push my calls to his secretary. After trying to contact him for a few months, I realized I was taken on a ride. Truly, buyer beware.

Had him represent me for a case and he was extremely unprepared. One of his answers, and I quote, "I'm not ready." I knew I had lost the case once he started filibustering. Worst two grand I spent in my life.

I hired them in FEB 2013 when i was served a foreclosure notice. Aaron and Dan explained to me that it would take a year or two to resolve.Every time i called they told me what was going on. They really kept me calm, I was a nervous wreck. They SAVED my house. MY mortgage was nearly $6000. per month and now its 3916 per month. They are Terrific !!

Aaron, Dan and their team are all professional, understanding and care about their clients. The receptionists are respectful and courteous on the phone. The office waiting room environment is a calming place to be under stress. Overall they are as sweet as a cannoli! I hired them in a civil matter which resulted in very positive result for me.
