The Law Office of Marc Scolnick handled, what we thought was a complicated deed transfer, like a walk in the park. Patient, informative, professional, and generous is how I would describe this law office. Their timeliness, communication, and fluent explanations of esoteric litigation procedures - and their rationales - regaled my brothers and I with the privilege of working with a top NYC law firm. I can only wish for their continued success so that I may bask in the smooth-handling of our affairs as we continue encountering the legal vicissitudes of homeownership.

My brothers and I were struggling with completing the deed for the home that we purchased. It got to the point that I thought it was almost impossible. I was finally referred to Marc Scolnick's Law Office and was able to complete the deed with no problem. I totally recommend Marc Scolnick's Law Office. They are very detailed with the answers to the questions you may have.
