Simply, Phenomenal !!!

I am writing this review for one reason only, to help anyone accused of a crime who is innocent. I was federally indicted for health care fraud and mail fraud. As a practicing physician in good standing and with an excellent reputation, this was devastating and demoralizing. I had never been in trouble with the law before. I had no experience with the criminal justice system. When the indictment happened I was shocked and completely confused. But I had to make one of the most important decisions of my life. Who was going to be my defense attorney? I prayed and asked God to guide me to my guardian angel. He directed me to Albert Dayan. Mr. Dayan is an extremely intelligent, thoughtful, wise, and skilled defense attorney. Albert's knowledge of the law is impressive and complete. He understands human nature and how it relates to dealing with prosecutors, judges, and jurors. Albert is a caring professional who will fight for your freedom. Mr. Dayan is a result oriented defense attorney. The best analogy I could give of Albert Dayan is that of a master chess player. He is always thinking ten moves in advance. He is always thinking and predicting prior to making a decision. Albert Dayan was able to get all federal charges against me dismissed. This is like being in an airplane crash and surviving. I am forever grateful to Mr. Dayan, the best defense attorney in the United States.

Mr. Albert Dayan is a very respectable attorney, first and foremost he kept his word and fought hard on my behalf. Mr. Dayan significantly mitigated the outcome of my sentence at a hearing in Queens Supreme Court. At that hearing he was able to use the arresting officer's testimony to the advantage of my defense and caused the prosecutor to offer me a disposition that did not require me to go to trial. Mr. Dayan has respectable secretaries and is easy to reach. If you have a case where you believe you need the best, you should absolutely consider Mr. Dayan as your legal counsel.

Highly recommend, Albert Dayan is a professional in the law field, I had a federal case that Mr Dayan represented me on. True Professionalism at it's best. Albert Dayan is definitely well rehearsed and knowledgeable about the legal system. He is an up-front kind of guy. You tell him the facts, he tells you the truth. There is no beating around the bush with him.He definitely know's what he is doing and is always looking out for the clients best interest. Mr. Dayan was amazing in the courtroom, on both of my trials. It was surreal to watch him on trial, so passionately fighting for my life. It was his intelligence, energy and hard knocks that saved my life twice. He beat two different jury trials for me when I practically had no shot of walking out of the courtroom on either.

We worked with Alex while looking for our dream home. Two deals fell through and the third and ultimately successful deal was less than straight-forward. Through it all, Alex kept us informed and encouraged, checking in daily as we got closer to the closing. He had a magnificent way of calming us down when things got stressful and all seemed on the brink. We would work with Alex again without hesitation.

Over the course of a co-op purchase and the subsequent lengthy and complicated co-op sale a few years later, I went through three lawyers before I met Alex Shiryak. He is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough lawyer of the bunch, which is why I retained him again when I bought my house. He also got me 100% of the down payment escrow from a would-be buyer of my co-op after the sale fell through. For home sales and purchases, he has his own page of riders designed to protect his client, which he adds to any contract. These seem to be based on his experiences of various random things that can throw a wrench into the works. At my last closing, he was actually guiding the seller’s attorney through some of the processes. On two occasions, he advised against my hiring him for smaller jobs saying that he would be happy to take my money but that I could just as easily complete the task. He then gave me brief instructions, off the clock, for how to go about things. He returns emails promptly, often the same day, and almost always within 24 business hours. On a more personal level, we had to bring our infant to our last closing, and Alex let my wife use his office to nurse him. I’ve heard that real estate closings are cookie cutter law, and that any attorney can handle them. This might be true for simple transactions when nothing goes wrong. But when any complications arise, I know from experience that the attorney matters.
