Worst lawyer ever worst Secratery ever do not recommend to anyone stay away

Aurn is a fantastic attorney. He's handled two apartment sales for us, both of which went perfectly. His rates are also reasonable and he's a pleasure to work with.

We are first-time home buyers. We contacted one of the top-advertised attorney at first. The attorney was synthetic and responded with "ready-made" one-liner emails. Suddenly, the attorney changed the fee and asked for twice the original fee! God saved us and help us find Arun Chandra. If you are purchasing a coop in New York, you'd need a knowledgeable and experienced attorney who you could trust. Arun helped us in every stage of the whole process in purchasing a coop in Rego Park, Queens, this year. When we received the contract from the seller, Arun explained every clause in every page very patiently in a face-to-face meeting. He is so cool, polite, casual, and knowledgeable that you'd feel comfortable and confident in the process that would otherwise be very intimidating! Arun and his paralegal Rosemary responded to all our emails (dozens and dozens). We got responses for every email within a few hours. Many times, I got email from Arun's office at 6 a.m. in response to my question! They were on top of the process all the time and we never ever felt that we were just another case for the law office. Arun's fee is extremely reasonable and he always told us what other fees we may have to pay and our options. He resolved many issues with so much ease with seller's attorney, bank's attorney and coop's attorney. Thanks to Arun's cool attitude with other attorneys and us, the closing process was actually enjoyable. No surprises! Zero tension! Arun returned from a vacation just the day before the closing. He was working late in the evening and send us all details by 10 p.m. I'd emphaticcally say that finding Arun was the best thing ever in our home buying process. Very diligent, very helpful, very honest, very knowledgeable, very experienced, very passionate about his job, very friendly and very cool are the words that I'd use to describe Arun. Thank a million to Arun and his staff Rosemary for helping and guiding us. I'd recommend Arun to anyone who would like to buy or sell a property. :)

He took $200 to represent me at TVB in Queens 6/2014...He didn't show up on the court date, and license was suspended.

Arun is a great lawyer, very knowledgeable and experienced. Best thing about Arun is how cool and calm he is. Makes you feel at ease especially when handling issues. He seemed to have everything quietly under control throughout the whole process of helping us sell or apartment. He's a pleasure to work with, made the closing process enjoyable, if you can believe that and is very fairly priced. I would see definitely use Arun again for my future legal counseling. This man is a con artist. Took cash in hand, his little tear off receipts mean nothing get something with his stamp. Took 400 from me and did nothing with my case got my license suspended from not responding to the summons at all. Points were added to my license and all this rodent for a lawyer had to say was l forgot.
