I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the representation provided by Attorney Emily Clarke in a custody matter. Throughout the course of my case, I have encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior on the part of Ms. Clarke. Firstly, Ms. Clarke repeatedly contacted a relative without clearly stating her identity or the purpose of her call, causing confusion and discomfort for my family. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your firm Furthermore, during our interactions, Ms. Clarke consistently referred to the opposing party as a "nice guy," which I found to be both unprofessional and irrelevant to the matter at hand. Such subjective remarks are not conducive to effective legal representation and may have undermined my case. Her overall contribution to the matter was minimal at best. In light of these issues, I am deeply dissatisfied with the representation provided by Attorney Emily Clarke.

I had a representative from this firm by the name of ms surdi, the WORST experience I ever had dealing with a legal assitance. I ask to have her taken off my case and it went on def ears.. she needs more experience n be more aggressive because my child support petitioner lawyer ran laps around her!! 1 year after my last court appearance I received a letter from family court saying I miss my court date and my amended child support order was defaulted for not showing up to court.. Ooh what I did received was a balance for a bill of which service wasn’t provided…
