Marc Lewis Esq. who works for the Law firm of Zelenitz, Shapiro & D'Agostino, P.C. in Queens has been a terrific attorney. I spoke / met with more than a dozen attorneys prior to signing a retainer agreement with the firm that Marc works for. I spoke to Marc for about 15 mins over the phone, he was well prepared and had read all the documents that I had sent to him. Marc asked me to summarize what was going on, etc. and then told me what he thought might happen in the next 2-3 court dates. I met with him the next day to sign the retainer. The outcome in the 1st court date was more than I expected. Marc was very sharp during the proceeding and a couple of times pulled off the bluff that the other attorney was trying to spin. In short, I would recommend Marc Lewis and his firm anytime. On a separate eviction litigation that I am going through (wish me luck), I met with David Shapiro (one of the founding partners). David was very honest and gave me the right advise that I should stick with my current attorney as neither he nor my current attorney have any control over when the courts give a date for the next hearing. I was referred to Attorney Shapiro a couple months ago regarding a family guardianship. I was treated professionally and the service was timely and successful. Any time I had any concerns they were immediately addressed. This was my first time involving legal assistance. I am very pleased with the timely process. Satisfied and blessed.

This law firm is holding funds in Escrow that belongs to my father. As per the agreement if no claims were made against his late wife’s estate, the funds should have been paid over from December 20, 2020. To date no funds have been paid over and despite my father’s lawyers sending at least three emails (according to them) they have received no reply from Zelenitz Shapiro & d’agostino p.c. The very first email was sent to Brittany L.Froning, on January 27, 2021. At minimum all we are seeking is some form of communication from this law firm.P.S - The 1 star rating is to unable this post.
