True Professionalism at it's best. Albert Dayan is definitely well rehearsed and knowledgeable about the legal system. He is an up-front kind of guy. You tell him the facts, he tells you the truth. There is no beating around the bush with him.He definitely know's what he is doing and is always looking out for the clients best interest. Mr. Dayan represented my dad and my uncle on two highly profile cases in New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Dayan was always prepared,well spoken,and determined. He succeeded on both cases!!!! We were very fortunate to have him by our side as our lawyer. Extremely pleased/a God-send.

Mr. Dayan was amazing in the courtroom, on both of my trials. It was surreal to watch him on trial, so passionately fighting for my life. It was his intelligence, energy and hard knocks that saved my life twice. He beat two different jury trials for me when I practically had no shot of walking out of the courtroom on either.

Dustin took an extreamly complexe unuasual custody case and after many month of grueling litigations that led to a 6 day trial , the outcome couldn't have made me happier I trully recommend him to anybody, he goes straight to the point, very efficient ,won't waste your money as many other lawyers do and is highly competent

Before meeting Dustin Bowman I had worked with two other lawyers. One I worked with over the course of a few years and the other over the course of a few months. In both cases I was creating contracts with bigger companies than mine. I got the sense that my attorneys were more concerned with maintaining a good relationship with the bigger company than with me. They never felt entirely like they were on my side. A contract I had agreed to was breached by one of these big companies after my business partner and I executed all of our deliverables. Our lawyer at the time advised us to settle out of court for a tenth of what we were owed in exchange for the copyright on our project. We were incensed. We had recently heard of Attorney Bowman's services and we sought his legal advice. After reviewing our case he told us we had a good shot at suing and winning though the suit might take a couple years in court and explained to us the legal fees associated with that type of suit. He also told us he could likely negotiate a higher settlement rate if we decided to go that route instead. We hired him. We ultimately decided on settling in order to avoid the costs of litigation and he was able to get us 3.5 times the original offer and got us our copyright back. I was amazed and delighted. He was direct and honest. It was the first time it felt like I had a lawyer that was looking out for my interests. It was refreshing. I will definitely work with him again. He's a fantastic lawyer.
