My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Maria explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Her reaction when she handed me my permanent resident card will always be in my memory. She was extremely happy for me and you can easily tell she and all of her staff care deeply for their clients. Bet, was amazing, she always reassured me that my case would do good, she always reached out with updates and kept me calm. I can not thank both of them enough. I am just Overjoyed and Thankful.
