My daughter was removed from my home by my estranged wife. Mr. Knapp said he would act immediately.....it took him 6 months to file anything on my behalf and my daughters. Then he wanted me to pay his "experts" which he said was expensive to have supervised visits. with my daughter that was removed from her home with no custody ruling. NOT ETHICAL.

Well, I do not have any words or how to best describe Mr. Knapp brilliance when it comes to his profession. He is a man of his word,if he says he will get a resolution on a case he gets it done..I had two cases with Mr Knapp and both cases was dismissed in a short period of time just as he described. My boyfriend retained Mr. Cohen on a very complex and serious multiple Felony Charges case which got taken to trial. Needless to say during the trail he failed upon various instances to question the cops and Prosecutors' corruptive procedures and contradictory statements. We even hired a DNA expert which my attorney never even put on the stand. Save your time and money, go to an actual attorney whom will advocate hard for your freedom and will object to the wrongdoings of the law enforcement strategies! This attorney was ineffective and riding in the hinges of malpractice!

I would like to thank Mr. Knapp for his professionalism, dedication, honesty and perseverance in my case. I was facing two second degree felony charges for having a firearm in the State of New York without a New York license. During the time of detainment, and after speaking with my public defender, I was informed a violation charge may be possible but the chances of dropping the case, “Well, that’s not going to happen.” I contacted Mr. Knapp due to the positive reviews online and wasn’t disappointed.
