As a lawyer who helps clients protect their litigation recoveries, I have worked with many personal injury and medical negligence lawyers over my 25 years of practice. John is one of the most thorough, responsible and capable attorneys I've ever met. His record speaks for itself, but I am most impressed by how he practices with such integrity and humility in what can be a very challenging and adversarial area of the law. John is an amazing attorney. I have worked with many attorneys but I have never seen someone so passionate and caring about what he does everyday. During a recent hospitalization, my wife and I suspected that she had received an overdose of a powerful and potentially toxic drug. A drug so powerful that too much of it can be lethal. A Toxicology Report confirmed there was almost 3 times the critical therapeutic value in her bloodstream where the drug first becomes potentially toxic. I contacted various law firms and discussed a potential medical malpractice case with a few different lawyers, but I experienced great difficulty with getting a lawyer to accept my wife's case. Although I very likely did a poor job of articulating the medical details of the case to the lawyers I spoke with (I'm not a medical professional and neither are the lawyers I spoke with) none of those law firms - with the sole exception of Mr Fisher's office - had a medical expert review my wife's medical records and then had the expert render an opinion to the lawyer regarding the merits of the case. When I was told that was how Mr Fisher would decide whether or not to accept my wife's case, it was at that point that I knew I had found the right attorney. I would without any hesitation highly recommend Mr Fisher to anyone!
