This review is specifically for your Lead Manager, Rachana Woolley. I think it's fantastic that you've recently promoted her. Rachana has grown both personally and professionally in the last couple of years. Professionally, she used to work for me and even then, she was pretty new to the whole working thing, but regardless she has always taken her work very seriously. No matter what task I gave her, she gave it her all and if something didn't make sense, she always knew to ask questions. She learned very quickly to work smarter, not harder. She took a very caring interest in our clients and even when I let her do things on her own, she always considered the client's feelings before she would begin an assignment. When she wanted to branch out and get her own clients, she would still call me to talk about how things were going and ask if I thought she was doing things right, and if she was charging the correct amount to her client. Personally, Rachana is very thoughtful of others and mindful of her actions. My heart rejoices when I see, and hear what a fantastic job she is doing for your company! Her compassion, empathy, and kindness are unparalleled toward others. There are not enough adjectives to describe Rachana. Her loving- kindness and amazing work ethic are also notable. I am so proud of the beautiful young woman she has become, and your company is blessed to have her!!
