I was incredibly impressed by Mr. Miller and his staff (Autumn especially). Very reasonable fees, great local expertise, and very responsive. I was closing on a house with some complicated issues and they made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Marc has made a very difficult seem easy. His work ileaves me very confident in his guidance and will use him as my brain in chief regarding legal matters.

Marc and his receptionist Autumn made our first home purchase go smoothly. We closed in a little over 2 months from our original offer. Marc was easy to talk and I enjoyed his jokes. I was given a bit of a heart attack the night before closing, but Marc and his team immediately called the bank and sorted the problem out and got back to me quickly. I would recommend Miller, weiner and associates to anybody I know looking for a real estate attorney.

Buying a house can be an extremely stressful experience, and in our case, stress was running high when we decided to buy a vacation home located over a two hours’ drive from our primary home in Queens, NY. We both have very busy work schedules and were also facing heavy family demands as Michael’s mother was rapidly declining in health. Marc was a grounding force in this process. His relaxed, yet professional attitude always served to bring some calm to our storm. His advice was spot-on in addressing our questions and concerns, and his office staff was consistently attentive and helpful. We plan to recommend him to friends and business associates alike.

Marc and his terrific team made the process of buying our first home (in an area where we were not locals) so stress-free that it almost made us nervous! I kept thinking "this seems almost too easy... are we supposed to be doing more?" Everyone was responsive (without being overbearing), efficient, effective, kind, helpful, and even *fun*. Absolutely recommend without hesitation.

The two receptionists, Autumn and Kayla were very helpful, but that was the only positive in dealing with this real estate attorney's office. Marc is an extremely unproffesional bully who talks down to you, and yells at you on the phone when you ask quesions about anything pertaining to you buying a home. He was not timely in getting things done for my husband and I, and was quick to give run on excuses as to why things were taking such a long time. I was constantly having to call to ensure things were being done, and was never treated with respect. Marc's sarcasm is very unbecoming and not something one wants to deal with when the home buying process is stressful enough, aside from having an attorney who does everything to belittle you and speak to you as if you are not worthy of his time. Upon closing, he went over full payment that was due to his office, and made a point in showing us the lack of "extra time" charge, when it was the fault of his own office that ensured things took over two months. The title company this office uses always seemed to have someone being sick, in the hospital, out for the day, or there was only one person who could do anything to help. When it comes time to buy another or sell our home, we will absolutely be going with ANY OTHER real estate attorney in the area. Our realtor also advised us that another client of theirs was having the same issues with this attorney. If I could give this firm negative stars, I absolutely would. Please save yourself the stress, and pay the extra 200-400$ dollars to go with another firm.

Lawyers suck

Beyond pleased. As anxious first time home buyers my wife and I are grateful a colleague recommended Marc Miller to us. From start to finish he was always there to answer all our questions patiently and took the time to educate and explain various items to us. Having someone in our corner we could trust and who went the extra mile without us even asking made what could have been a very stressful situation very smooth. Dealing with a very difficult seller, Marc even took the time to advise us on issues outside his scope based on his experience. For any future transaction we will only use Marc and have already recommended him to others.
