I contacted William for an injury to my hand. He explained everything and made feel at ease in an uncertain time. Beyond that he also explained that my particular injury was obvious and really didn’t require anything more than having the proper paper work filed. He also supplied the form numbers for that paper work and said his services shouldn’t be required. If they were, I knew he would be there for me.

I consulted Mr. Kistner for information on my workers comp carpal tunnel. He understood my situation and advised me on the law. Before I even finished explaining my situation he knew what was going on with my claim and what was going to happen next. He explained that I could likely handle my situation without hiring him, but that he would be happy to help in the future if I ran into trouble.
