John and his team of experts helped me the entire way start to finish . I couldn't have asked for better service.

John represented my mother when she had a terrible fall and broke her wrist. My parents absolutely loved working with John. Whenever my parents needed to ask John something I was the one who contacted him for them. John always got back to me immediately and answered every question I had. My parents and I never doubted John. He knows how to do his job effectively and treats you as a person rather than just another case. John is the best, hands down, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I fell and broke my ankle in several places and John was recommended by a good friend of mine (who also had a great experience with him). He has been very helpful and attentive to my case. There was a conflict of interest so I couldn't hire Mr. Rusk. I would have. I appreciated his approach in our discussions about my case. He seemed to have good integrity. It was obvious he'd worked hard on prior cases by doing investigation and putting the pieces together intelligently, and was proud of doing so. (Proud of himself for having worked well on it, not at all arrogant nor trying to prove anything to me.) I had assistance from the local government's crime assistance office. They had a favorable impression of Mr. Rusk as an attorney. They found him generally good. Their one complaint was that he prioritized his clients, and didn't always call back non-clients (they were working with) as quickly. They deal with the local attorneys A LOT, so having a good impression goes a lot way with me. He was local to Kingston and had the local connections and feel, but also his case views and experience went head to head with any attorney I interviewed, and that included leading, well known attorneys in the Albany capital area. He works as an assistance prosecutor part time. So he has experience that goes with that. I found him clear, and effective at explaining things. I spoke with him at length a couple of times.
