Paul was awesome. Attentive and explained everything. The office than handles everything very well answering any questions, quickly answering the phone. They call back and take the entire process very serious. They had paperwork done in record time and everything resolved quickly. Valeria was amazing and very much detail oriented. She made the process seem like it was easy after being very hard and drawn out for years trying to complete myself. I would highly recommend to anyone that is intimidated or had tried and failed and completing the paperwork without them. Worth every dollar!

Mr Wailer handled by Divorce in Aug 2020 and I sincerely hope that if you are starting the divorce process and you’re like me and you went online and just googled “Divorce Attorney in Buffalo NY” and take the time to read reviews that people post online that you take the time to read mine. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start or who to trust, but after reading so many positive and great reviews on Mr Wailer, I decided to roll the dice and contact him in regards to handling my Divorce. From our very first phone conversation where he took the time to explain the process, expectations, fees, timeframe and answered all of my questions, all the way through to the last phone conversation where he called me to let me know the Divorce was finalized and I was done, Mr Wailer and his office were up front, honest, extremely communicative and delivered on everything I was advised would take place. My divorce was processed quickly (about 6 weeks from start to finish) and there were no hidden fees, charges or surprises. I had called several other Divorce attorneys in the WNY area and they were all charging double and even triple what his fees were.
