I won’t bore anyone with how turbulent divorce can be. But, what I will share is that as a mother with a young child Jason, Nabeela and the entire legal team have not only soothed my nerves, but have structured responsive and assertive motions to safeguard mine and my beautiful daughters future. One can never imagine how hostile these matters can become, having this team working on my behalf has been a blessing. I was, and continue to feel secure with my decision to retain the Jason Barbara Associates practice. The sense of security I feel is beyond comprehension. When this chapter of our lives is over, me and my baby girl will consider these folks Familia!

Mr. Jason, Ms. Débora and their team are beyond committed. I thought I was going to Lose my son when I wasn’t getting anywhere with my previous attorney. So I made the decision to switch to this firm. Débora and Jason came in and got me what was fair with my son. Even though my divorce is still pending, I’m definitely confident everything will turn out fair. Ms. Débora would answer my thousands of emails and calls and always remained patience and kind. Debora Shamoilia always answers my questions and makes me feel secure in my custody case. She’s also easy to talk to. Jason Barbara has also made me feel secure since the beginning of my case prior to Debora stepping in. I am still in the middle of it, but thus far Debora has done a great job at keeping me at ease and helping me understand the process.

I just started a case with Jason Barbara and Associates. I liked the time Jason took with me to listen all my concerns then when he spoke to me everything was clear. I love the way Donna take care of everything and is always in contact with me. Personally I have anxiety to deal with all court matters by myself, and so far everything is moving smoothly since I am with them. Nabeela is also assisting me with my case. She is very kind and a good listener, very professional. I am sure they are going to fight for me and my child's rights.

I want to make it clear that this is my opinion, and I am writing this review for the sole purpose of helping others going through a similar situation to make an informed decision. My situation was complex with very high stakes. My ex refused to move out of my pre-marital home to gain leverage as part of the divorce, despite making a very significant salary and being completely self-sufficient. She also pursued a strategy some might consider blackmail with a backup plan designed to embarrass and discredit me. Lance new the law, but what really made him different was his ability to anticipate moves and see multiples steps ahead. His strategy worked and his professionalism gave me comfort that I was in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. His billable hours seem reasonable and I plan to use him in the future for a prenuptial agreement.
