I worked closely with Jason, Nabeela, Jewel, and Donna. What a great team. They were all compassionate, understanding, and comforting during this difficult time of my divorce. We are still in the process of finalizing the divorce but I have good feeling about the outcome during this horrible time of my life. I'm thankful that I found Jason.

Donna and Nabeela are fantastic I have never felt that i was in better hands, they listened and worked around my crazyness to get it done. These ladies are the best!!!!!

Debora Shamoilia always answers my questions and makes me feel secure in my custody case. She’s also easy to talk to. Jason Barbara has also made me feel secure since the beginning of my case prior to Debora stepping in. I am still in the middle of it, but thus far Debora has done a great job at keeping me at ease and helping me understand the process.

My divorce was a long matter because of COVID but I have no doubt the matter would not have turned out as well as it did had it not been for Jason, Samantha and the rest of their team. They were always professional, knowledgeable, respectful and fair. All of my questions and concerns were always answered promptly and honestly and I always felt that my divorce was a top priority. This is definitely the place to go to have things taken care of as fairly and quickly as possible.

I just started a case with Jason Barbara and Associates. I liked the time Jason took with me to listen all my concerns then when he spoke to me everything was clear. I love the way Donna take care of everything and is always in contact with me. Personally I have anxiety to deal with all court matters by myself, and so far everything is moving smoothly since I am with them. Nabeela is also assisting me with my case. She is very kind and a good listener, very professional. I am sure they are going to fight for me and my child's rights.

I want to make it clear that this is my opinion, and I am writing this review for the sole purpose of helping others going through a similar situation to make an informed decision. My situation was complex with very high stakes. My ex refused to move out of my pre-marital home to gain leverage as part of the divorce, despite making a very significant salary and being completely self-sufficient. She also pursued a strategy some might consider blackmail with a backup plan designed to embarrass and discredit me. Lance new the law, but what really made him different was his ability to anticipate moves and see multiples steps ahead. His strategy worked and his professionalism gave me comfort that I was in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. His billable hours seem reasonable and I plan to use him in the future for a prenuptial agreement.

I was so nervous about the divorce process but I certainly picked the right firm to represent me. The entire staff has been so professional and patient with me. I knew the moment I consulted with Jason Barbera that he would do a great job. Donna is simply amazing...friendly, knowledgeable and most of all caring. Currently being represented by Jason Barbara & Associates. Our initial phone consultation (due to covid) went well so we devised a plan for amending my current custody agreement. There was an issue about an upcoming court date that I was not notified of so I called and spoke to Jewell who was very friendly and assured me that someone would get back to me. The next morning @ 9am Jason Barbara called me personally to address the issue. As it turns out it was a clerical mistake within the family courts. Mr. Barbara is a very knowledgable as well as personable attorney whom I would highly recommend. In my experience it is not very common to find an attorney that takes such a hands on approach with his clients. My only regret is that i was not referred to him sooner so he could have represented during my divorce.

Jayson and his team handled my divorce several years ago and now just finished up my custody battle which we I won. Jayson is a lawyer you can trust is aggressive when needed and never misses a court date. I would highly recommended him for any divorce or custody related matters.
