At first seemed solid promised the world, at closing he not only broke under pressure but everything we discussed prior was not fulfilled and basically caved into the demands of the buying parties lawyer. Felt bamboozled will never do business with this man again. If you need a Wolf I'd search for someone else this guy is a sheep

Initial part of the process: Mr Monachan responded very quickly and answered my questions. Courteous and professional. Not like some whom you call and never get a response. Thanks mr Monachan. After closing: Mr. Monachan is the best at his work. He is caring, patient, knowledgeable...AND HE RESPONDS TO ALL PHONE CALLS!!! Very kind-spirited attorney.
