After having issues with a previous lawyer, I found Melvin and he made the home buying process so much easier and the contract with the seller was completed in a few days. Melvin was always extremely responsive to messages and explained all the paperwork clearly. All the legal documents were

If you are buying home, whether it is the first time or not, it can be so overwhelming. Even more so if you are not doing it with a real estate agent. When working with Melvin, you are in the loop either via email or phone. He ensured us that he was on top of it. Taking our requests, no matter the hour, to educate us on the ongoing closing process. The best thing when working with him is that is in that ring fighting on your behalf. He was the best recommendation from a family member and we would recommend him to anyone!
