I truly recommend using law office Cohen & Jaffee. I unfortunately was rear ended in a mva back in 2019. I called looking around a lawyer who is experienced in mva .I did not have to go any further then my initial call to Cohen and Jaffee lawyers. Which was and is a blessing. I had called late like 8:00 p.m. Not sure where to start I had so many questions. But guess what, someone actually picked up the phone and asked me how can they assist me. 😀 I was totally fine with speaking With Cohen and Jaffee. We spoke about my possibilities. He emailed me the papers and that’s was so encouraging. Actually speaking to the legal firm honestly put me worry free. They have the knowledge of easing my inquiries on what to do. The staff my Attorney Devon and her team.Tricia and Michael the paralegals at Cohen & Jaffee all are very nice people who have worked on my case and have been really helpful from the initial call to settling. If you’re in need of a lawyer please don’t hesitate. Give them a call. You will be just as satisfied as I am.😀

They got the job done when everyone else said no action could be taken. If anything ever happens again I will 1000% use them again. Staff was great, very perfessional. The parking for the office is terrible lol but otherwise they got the job done so that's all that matters!! Use them if you need a good lawyer!! Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! 💪

I was immediately contacted by Devon, their paralegal who so thoroughly assisted me and guided me through each process. Tricia was my Lawyer and worked endlessly with Devon to ensure all areas were covered to ensure that my injuries which resulted in surgery were pursued for reimbursement settlement. Through the many months of working with Tricia & Devon, Michael handled all my direct paperwork with my insurance carrier and was a pleasure to correspond with. With all my emails, the disposition of each of these fabulous 3 never changed. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all for going above and beyond.

Greg is impressive in so many ways. He won a case for me and my wife yesterday. This case was not easy and it was hard to find an attorney who would take it. Greg and his partners took it and was able to get a 3/4 million dollar verdict. He has good customer service and is focused on making you happy. He is able to learn NEW, complex medical malpractice issues and go toe-to-toe with defendant's lawyers during cross-examination. He conducts a lot of research to educate himself and be well-versed in new topics he has not done before. He spends time with his clients to talk through the case and talk through the damages before the case to make sure he gets a good understanding. He presents convincing opening arguments and even MORE convincing closing arguments. He has an excellent manner of summarizing a case and making a case to a jury, which makes everyone completely forget what the defendant's attorney said immediately before. He is able to come up with good questions in realtime for cross-examination. You can see when he is in the zone right before he starts asking questions – just leave him alone, and he’ll get it done. He also has a good manner of presenting his damages request to the jury, which makes sense to people. Best of all, he’s just a nice guy that’s easy to talk to – you can see it in your direct interactions with him, as well as the way he interacts with everyone in the court. He approaches the judge humbly and honestly without argument and the jury with respect, instead of coming across as if he is trying to force them to choose his side. His closing argument was mesmerizing. The room was dead silent and everyone was hooked on his words. He was able to point out the inaccurate misstatements of opposing counsel. He made no inaccurate or misleading statements in his presentation. His presentation to the jury was honest and straight. His questions during cross-examination were honest and direct, not sneaky, and not trying to get the witnesses to answer tricky questions with yes/no answers. I don’t think all lawyers can do what he did. He had a unique method for helping the jury logically see his case and was honest from beginning to end. The odds are against the plaintiff in any medical malpractice, but Greg was able to win it for us. I would recommend anyone to Greg.

Great attorneys and great people. I worked with Steve, Carola, and his staff. Found them on the internet, and when I showed up I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I was met by Mr. Jaffe, he explained in detail what was going on, and how the case was going to be handled and the most important part to me, took his time explaining everything. After our all questions were done I got to meet Steven and his team. They handled everything and made sure I was aware of everything going on from start to finish.
