What a fantastic experience! After my accident, I was on the fence about hiring an attorney. Well, after much consideration, and thought, I decided to go with the Cohen & Jaffe firm. I was involved in a car accident in January of 2021, that was no fault of my own, and it resulted of my car being totaled by a drunk driver and my shoulder needing surgery. I looked up a few law firms and received a couple calls. I received a call from one of the intakes Adriana Solera in minutes, she was very sweet and informative, she answered all my questions and took all of my information down, I was even able to contact her via text throughout all the intake process which I really liked. As soon as I spoke to her I knew I was making the right decision! Once my information was put in and if things couldn't seem more easy and comfortable for me I was put under the care of Paralegal Cheryl Reeve, who is the main focus of this review, she made this an easy and quick process for me. Cheryl followed up with me many times just to see how I was doing, and that is something I really liked! She answered all of my questions and always followed up with phone calls or e-mails. They took care of all my therapy and doctors appointments, including my surgery. I was able to receive my settlement check within 6 months of more than what I expected.
