From my personal experience, this firm is one of the best. They take care of your stress and worries. You can feel comfortable to ask them questions at anytime. They're always there for any help. The lawyers explain every detail and they have a wonderful staff. The staff always answers your calls and call you back asap. Will keep recommending them to my friends and family. I was involved in a car accident and from the beginning Steven Tiger and Rich Jaffe were there for me no matter what I needed. They were a great support. Dealing with this firm in the short time richard was my attorney it was nothing but a headache he tried to talk to me as if I hadn't had a clue about any legal action. I was in desperate need of an advance that he refused to sign then said he would sign but changed the contract to what benefitted him not me the client. Also getting hung up on in the middle of a dispute was one of the most unusual and unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from a professional attorney at lae. I do not recommend him to anyone.

Excellent experience-received calls biweekly to check in on how I was doing, received letters in the mail about doctor's appointments and the case updates. I was able to speak with the lawyer as the case came to a close and meet with the lawyer in person. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Area of growth: Call patient the day before and day of their doctor appointment or send a text as an additional reminder.
