This was my first car accident, and I was completely unsure of what I was entitled to, or what I deserved. After the other insurance company offered me $1000 as a "sorry for the trouble" with me signing a document freeing everyone from legal obligations - I called Cohen & Jaffe. They immediately got me the medical help and rehab I didn't even know I could get. Their representatives helped me every step of the way in the intimidating process of dealing with insurance and legal issues I was out of my league on, and in no psychological shape to deal with after my accident! It took tremendous pressure off! All I needed to do was focus on getting better, and they did the rest, literally. They also made sure, I was properly compensated in the end, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The people I dealt with listened, seemed genuinely concerned, and I truly feel did everything they could to get me the treatment and settlement I was entitled to and deserved.
