Phil was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with our mortgage when an incorrect appraisal threatened our purchase. He was relentless with providing proof that the appraisal was done incorrectly and we won out in the end. His response times were record breaking and his help was priceless. Amazing work and I can't thank VMM enough for all the help and guidance they provided.

Never met him in person, but from the moment I spoke to him on the phone, he was so concise, explanatory and knowledgeable. His conviction on his knowledge outweighed other attorneys I spoke to. In regards to Receiving Letters of Administration from Surrogates Court of NYC, he got the job done for me. He wasn’t slow, always updated me, and just does what he knows to do. I totally recommend. He has the lawyer voice and I love it. Everyone else just seem like interns. Not this guy. Call him.
