I would highly recommend working with Richard Apat. Richie & his team did a great job with a corporate litigation case that involved a breach of fiduciary duty and more. My wife and I had an opportunity to work with Richard Apat in connection with a boundary dispute. It soon became obvious that he was more knowledgeable than the rest of the attorneys involved. He knew that he could resolve the matter easily with the title company and come up with a compromise to avoid litigation. Everything he said was going to occur happened just the way he said it would. I retained Mr. Richard Apat in order to partition my property from my sibling in Queens, New York. I sat down with him to discuss my situation. Mr. Apat listened, provided a clear solution and direction, and worked quickly to resolve my issue/concern. Had a very complicated case, Real Estate partition. However, it wasn't a clear / straight partition, had a few exemption to the law. Before Mr Apat took the case, he carefully reviewed the case and met several times until he was confident that he was representing me morally, ethically and lawfully. Since opposing party refused to settle, Mr Apat prep me for trial. He was very detailed, gathered all documents to make sure everything was covered and not to have any surprises. I have to say, during the trial prep, I was a little terrified (lol) but he wanted to make sure I'm strong and confident of the case we represent. Another key point for me, the case was expensive, but Mr Apat worked with me (payment plan) and I can't expressed my appreciation enough. My Apat doesn't represent his client only for a pay check, but he represents his client for their rights, entitlement and beliefs within the law. I would highly recommend Mr Apat. Not only does he represents his clients lawfully, ethically, morally but he puts his heart and soul in doing so. I couldn't put a price on the peace of mind I got after he successfully represented me. Mr Apat is a great and excellent attorney!

I hired Richard Apat after dealing with two previous lawyers for 5 years, who could not get to first base. This was a long and painful lawsuit but after hiring Richard Apat we settled in a little more than a year. We got the amount we wanted and the case was closed. It was not an easy case.
