Horrible law firm. They don't properly represent their clients. I don't recommend them. Trying to justify yourself in a public forum is Ludacris. Stay away from them. Poor customer service!

I used O’Connor Law Firm some years ago, so when I got injured at work again they immediately came to my mind because I was pleased with their communication and work ethics.Kaitlin was able to intervene with sending and receiving the necessary paperwork that was missing to bring my case to a closure. I finally have some serenity after retiring and knowing that I do not have to travel back and forth out of state because of incomplete paperwork. Great law office caring staff I would recommend them to anyone .

I have had experiences with lawyers in my lifetime. This firm is unbelievable. You get an answer the same day every time you call with a question. They are on top of EVERYTHING! I have received acknowledgments when I was sick and when I got married. My settlement was far more than I expected. I am not a person to sugarcoat anything. This firm is the best.!
