We cannot recommend Kevin and his law firm highly enough. We were involved in a bizarre and ugly situation, with an unexpected criminal arrest of my husband by the defendants on a Sunday evening; Kevin was at all times available by cell phone and messaging. His experience in both civil and criminal law was evident throughout the months it took to resolve our legal situation, from generation of a civil suit to discovery to court appearances to settlement agreement. At a time when no city agency would help us, and very few individuals even believed us with regard to what was going on, Kevin did both; he suggested and explained strategies and acted with empathy and understanding toward us throughout. We had complete confidence in his advice and direction, and his efforts led to dismissal of the criminal charges and as a result settlement of the civil suit in our favor. During this time, we interacted with almost every member of his staff, including his co-counsel, and each was patient, efficient, and unfailingly kind. Kevin is someone who takes seriously the trust a client places in him, and proceeds from a basis of what is right, not what is merely acceptable. We would give him 10 stars if possible.
