When I was seriously injured in a boating accident a trusted friend recommended that I engage Peter Moschetti of Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany, PLLC to handle the case. I did as my friend suggested and was very pleased by the results. Peter walked my wife and I through the whole process, answered all our questions, and kept us updated on the progress of the case thru periodic meetings. In the end we received a very satisfactory settlement without going to court. Peter also handled all the paperwork involved with Medicare, my medical insurance carrier, the hospital and two rehabilitation facilities. We found Peter to be a very courteous, concerned, and competent lawyer who always had our best interests at heart. I’m always grateful to AMT and in particular, Peter Moschetti, his assistant Darlene Pearce and AMT attorney Ingrid Effman. Peter took my case even though it wasn’t simple, and worked it diligently until resolution was achieved. He and the team showed understanding, humorous relief as needed, and patience (with me) all the while persevering with a no-nonsense attitude against great resistance from the opposing legal team. In making my mistake I was referred to Peter Moschetti for help in getting resolution through the court system for a mistake I had made. Peter and Darlene were both extremely professional and responsive in helping me through the process. Never being here before I had lots of questions and concerns. Mr. Moschetti services were excellent, he explained everything to me and provided me with great legal representation at a great value! I did not have high hopes when the process started but in the end the outcome was better than I could have ever imagined!
