My sister and I just finished using the Meier Law firm for the Estate sale of my mother’s home. Christina, Nicole and Ann had everything covered. My sister couldn’t be at the closing and since she was a co-executor, they overnighted documents to be signed. Their professionalism and aptitude was appreciated. I was also the Guardian of my aunt and I’m using this firm to settle her estate as well. Next in line is my own will to be completed by them. 99 in a 55, with a tint ticket prior speed violations, suspensions you name it this guy got me a great reduction at a great price highly responsive and actually personable I gave him five stars because not only did he make the process so easy but as soon as I talked to him I knew he was the one, pretty straight shooter didn't make any promises but everything you said was accurate and we got the expected result which was better than expected highly recommended for any traffic violations especially in the Tri-City area

My first encounter with Ms Meier was to settle my husband’s estate after he passed. The house and an account had to go through probate and Ms Meier took care of all of that keeping me updated throughout the process. Her office staff was very pleasant and accommodating when I called. There were some issues getting the house in my name on the record in Colonie that I was not able to personally accomplish through the Town Accessor’s office. Ms. Meier was able to get that done and saved me a a lot of frustration. Recently, I hired the Meier Law Firm for my own estate planning and worked with Ms. Coles who took the time to draft a Will and Trust, along with a Health Care Proxy and Power of Attorney. She worked with my Financial Advisor to be sure that my Trust was drafted in my best interest. When I received the draft in the mail, a cover page was included, in layman’s terms, highlighting the key parts of the Trust and Will. I appreciated that so much. When the final draft was completed on all, I met with Ms. Meier to complete the signing. Ms. Meier and her staff were wonderful. They are knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would highly recommend this law firm for estate planning. My experience was outstanding.
