I called Kevin regarding traffic tickets my son incurred in Albany. He put me at ease immediately, and made a potentially tough conversation, very easy. He really knows his stuff, and he made the entire process from start to finish simple. Oh, and the results were fantastic. He turned many potential points and fines into a non-moving violation and one very small fine. Great experience!
