Mr. Probstein called me quickly with the legal advice necessary in the instance a case may be brought against me as the landlord for tenant property damage from a malfunctioning sump pump. He made me aware of the rights of the landlord and the tenants and also what I need to do/look for as the landlord to ensure I have the proper documents and verbiage in place.
