I have never dealt with lawyers before and since this was my first time experience , I was really scared. I was really surprised and astonished to meet the staff and George Patsis that made this painful experience so much easier and quicker. He treats you with respect and full attention , returning your calls and help you in your matter. He is charging reasonable prices , not like some others that are asking enormous prices for their services . He works with you every step of the way and resolves your case POSITIVELY ! It's great to have someone in town like George Patsis and his team to trust , be able to help you , treat you with respect , and helps you resolve your case in positive manner.

He has worked for me in areas such as landlord-tenant, collections, real estate, wills, commercial litigation & business agreements over the years & I must say I am very satisfied .. I don't believe there has ever been a time where he has disappointed me. He is aggressive & assertive in court , makes sure we walk out with what we NEED and want & He has expertise in many areas of the law. Goerge and his team gets things done. From property closings to speeding tickets, everything has been handled without me having to be on top of them.

I was reffered to the attorney that George Patsis took over after he retired. I gave George my case and a $3500.00 retainer. He wrote a couple of letters and made a few calls, maybe some research. He asked for more money so I gave him another $3000.00. He is very hard to get and is seldom in his office. I had one shot in court and on that very important day he did not show up. I called his office repeatedly and they told me he was on vacation, but some one would be there for me. After a couple of hours with a kind Judge I was out of time. He had a jury in a malpractice case and looks like I was out of luck. I called an attorney who I switched from when I went with George and he flew to the riverhead court house from Smithtown and save me. I never received a phone call or an apology from george's office. Just paper work asking the judge to excuse him for lack of payment. He should be disbared. Save your money and hire an attorney who will show up in court.

George is an excellent attorney. He has helped me through several closings and I can not speak highly enough about him. If you're selling your house or purchasing a home either in NYC or Long Island George will take care of you. He's personable, punctual, and very helpful. I sold my NYC condo in 2008 and recently purchased a home in November, both with George's help. Thanks George, you rock.
