I had the pleasure of working with Susan Veltry on a moving violation I received. She was extremely professional- I was contacted immediately after reaching out, and all of her communication with me was clear and timely. By the end of the hearing, the point amount was reduced by half and the fine by about 65% even with a prior offense. She took my case using the app Off The Record, but for any future issues, I know exactly who I’ll be calling.

I reached out to Susan Veltry after my company M.B.A. Landscaping, Inc. was stopped by D.O.T. She was easy to talk to and extremely professional. I sent her scanned copies of the citations that we received. She put me at ease after she reviewed the citations and said she would represent my company in court. We are from out of state and we called up Ms Veltry and asked for her help. She was up front with us and gave us all the information we needed and her fees. She made it so we did not have to travel to New York, her fees were incredibly fare!!! She got our case taken care of very fast and we can't be more thankful for all her help!! She was the most knowledgeable, polite and courteous attorney we have every dealt with. Would definitely hire her again and would definitely recommend her to everyone we know!!! Great job all around!!!

In 2019 I got a speeding ticket on the William Floyd Parkway. I retained Susan and the result was the ticket was dropped to a parking violation with a fine. Just recently I received another traffic violation for an illegal pass on Montauk Highway. I retained Susan again, and again the charges were dropped to parking violations with a fine. I do not receive any points on my license for any of these tickets. Susan is an absolute pleasure to work with and takes care of all aspects of these violations. I would highly recommend her and her firm.
