Fantastic experience with the firm and Susan Veltry in particular. I called after receiving a speeding ticket on the LIE. They picked up the phone right away despite being in the middle of the pandemic. Susan explained the likely outcomes I could expect, the process and the fees - both her firm as well as the court - very thoroughly. She was communicative throughout the process, and the ultimate settlement was even better than the best case scenario she originally gave me. I contacted Susan Veltry after getting a speeding ticket in Suffolk County. I found her online after researching speeding tickets in Suffolk Cnty. I called and spoke to Susan personally. I subsequently hired her. This all happened during the height of the COVID pandemic in New York. The courts were closed, so all litigation was done remotely.
