Tom, thank you for all you have accomplished for me. There are not enough hours in a day to tell the world of what a great lawyer you really are. Each and every time I needed you to answer a question you got back to me and were quick with a response and I do thank you! You don’t have that very often with many lawyers! If you are looking for someone to represent you and who believes you are a winner! He is your guy. Great attorney!

Matthew Marks helped me with a situation regarding my daughter, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Two other law firms were not interested. He wanted to help despite there not being a lawsuit. He was so kind and generous with his time, without charging me. He said that my emails and calls added up to about the 30 minute consultation time. (It was probably a little bit over that.) He has a very pleasant way about him, and it was so helpful to have his advice. I am left being impressed by him.

As an attorney with more than 25 years of experience, I have twice needed expert legal advice about employment issues—an area of the law in which I do not practice. I consulted Ricotta & Marks, a firm I knew would be able to deliver the best results. They did not disappoint. The first time I reached out to the firm, it was on behalf of my sister. Ricotta & Marks’ interaction with the other side brought immediate, favorable results. Needless to say, I went straight back to them when I recently experienced my own employment issue. Matthew Marks and Tom Ricotta listen to the details that matter to your case and then provide expert legal advice with compassion. They are both thorough and articulate, relay their message on an understandable level and their writing skills are outstanding. The partners treat their clients with respect, take your matter seriously and meet with you quickly in order to reach the best outcome as soon as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of experts in the field of Employment Law.

I worked with Matt throughout my case. From the first phone call of initially consult. he took my case on good faith. Matt gave me 100% from the start! Its was never about money. It was about righting a wrong! This was amazing to me because I’m a single mother struggling and just lost employment. Matt was always Available to meet day and night. And his secretary was always informative as well.. Even when If Matt was on with another client. Matt was patient and respectful, very resourceful.I am very with him happy as my attorney I would recommend him 100%. If you’re looking for someone to be sensitive caring supportive prompt and real with you this is Attorney you should get.

Ricotta & Marks, P.C. are the most professional attorneys I have ever dealt with. They handled my case as if it was their own. Instead of doing what most attorneys do, which is telling clients what they want to hear in order to get the case (and the money), they were honest and up front with me. They told me realistically what I could expect. They are honest, caring people. Before I hired them, I did some research and found that Thomas Ricotta was one of the attorneys involved in a trial representing a client that was awarded the largest sexual harassment award to an individual in New York State history. I knew right away that I wanted his firm to handle my case. I don’t understand the negative reviews that have been left for him and his firm because I had nothing but a positive experience with him and his firm and a great outcome in my own situation. You won’t go wrong if you hire Ricotta & Marks. You’ll be glad you did.

For some reason my case started out initially with Vincent White whom I really liked and was representationally please w/then I got switched over to Thomas Ricotta & my case went south & I did not win! I personally felt my case should've been sensationalized, simply because it was factually unique! I also felt during mediation, there should've been More display of vigeration! I later did my own research & I've found out the judge deciding my case, Have had/ may still have, economic associations w the very company & union, I was so suing (not 1, but both)! "Canon 3E(1)(b)/Rule 2.11(A)(6)(a))!" How can A judge decide on the case, when they have had past business endeavors/ involvement/ has Or have done favorable business w/the opposing party which you are suing! & it did not get discovered., until I did my own research & presented it for an appeal (which I was charged more money after discovery). The courts never admitted the judges economic association prior to any discovery, hearing, or presentations. I can accept or admit my flaw, but Tom never admitted his flaws of not knowing that the judge was involved with the opposing party & not recognizing that it was an unethical for the judge to be involved in any decision, because She was in business w/the people, who I was suing meaning actually earning money income or nonprofit affairs! I've should've mediated it harder for myself because it seem like I did everything by myself all he did was sign the paper to submit it which I probably could've save thousands if I did that myself. Always investigate the judge Or anyone who is associated w/your case if you're trying to sue. Never trust anyone but yourself when it comes to settling! Never trust the courts Period, they are for the corporations , Who lobby for them to get their seat in the court. Always ask for the name of the judge who is on your case, stay adamant about your case getting proper attention, whether its TV /news /social media do not rely on anyone to bring attention to your case but U the person who is trying to seek justice! Second if U have an attorney who has an answer to everything, you may want to seek other options cross because every case is not rock solid if there is any suspicion of fraternization! Be boisterous during mediation do not leave until you are sure that you have settled on some money! When it comes the big corporations do not trust the quest to let it go to trial you will be sadly mistaken if you trust the courts to uphold justice against a major corporation , The courts & the opposing attorneys play the waiting game within a time constraintsit is your job as the person who is suing to ensure that you oversee everything donot walk out empty-handed! When I won my chance to mediate an appellate ... I should've not walked out without taking the settlement , and trusting the court to uphold fairness and not violating ethics! I never figured the courts would rally by coercion and would've recognize an ethics violation judge Torres , was involved With, as a condition not to be hear by a jury! COERCION OF THE COURTS! So in the end the decision was all mine to trust the court when I shouldn't have trusted to courts after discovering the judges past business associations with the hospital I was seuing! Amazingly that Appellet Judge whom name I forgot ... Allowed to violation of ethics to continue by not granted me a case with a jury! Entire ethics violation and I spoke to many judges about it and my professors and they all said that case did not sound correct that it was an ethics violation" was wrong for not allowing me with all the evidence which was factual by the way cannot be heard by A jury so anyone who reads this blog please learn from situat always make sure you are fully involved and know every aspect of your case. I am not saying WRM is not good but on this case there were a lot errors overlooked! good luck with those who are trying to seek fairness and justice
