I had the pleasure of having Matthew as my attorney for a employment issue. After getting turn down by many firms Matthew took my case and came up with a fair settlement with my former employer. I couldn’t be more happy with the way Matthew handle my case. Highly recommended to anyone with any kind of employmer issues.

This was my second meeting today with Ricotta and Marks and I can say without hesitation that they are truly one of a kind. Mathew is very knowledgeable, personable and really listens to you. Unfortunately some attorneys and law firms have a tendency to leave a bad taste in your mouth after you leave their office but this was by no means the case with Ricotta and Marks. What can I say about Ricotta & Marks? I will attempt to be brief but I have retained them as my lawyers since 2013 all the way up until my trial in 2019. Ponzi scheme! These lawyers will seduce you into signing retainer, make you pay and then you will never hear from them again. They take any frivolous lawsuit knowing they will lose and they don’t put client money in a trust , they spend your money as if it is their own personal piggy bank, like frauds and con-artists ! They are loser who never win cases !

I was a student at one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the US, and undoubtedly, the world. I had been away on a medical leave of absence for a year after my first year and the school was giving me a difficult time getting back in. I contacted several lawyers, consulted with quite a few, all to have each and every one of them say there was nothing that could be done to get this institution to allow me to continue at that point in time. One morning, soon after I had left that message on their answering machine (I had left the message on a holiday), Mr. Ricotta called me back.
