I found myself in a situation in Manhattan while visiting from Chicago and ended up faces some very serious criminal charges. I was looking for an attorney and was put in contact with Evans Prieston. What I found instead was a friend. Throughout a two year ordeal Evans was there every step with confidence that my brothers and I would be vindicated. Following a month trial we were! Thank you for everything. If you are looking for help in any situation this is the office call.

My close friend hired Mr. Prieston for a criminal case and his experience was overall not the greatest. Both Mr. Prieston and Elys (who closely works with Mr. Prieston) were great individuals with great personalities. However, to hire as a lawyer, be prepared to constantly reach out to them for updates. In the beginning of the case both were optimistic towards the case, however not much was done for the individual. The end results we're not satisfying and an absolute disappointment and again it could possibly be that they just don't have enough resources to help their clients in criminal cases. Again, both are great individuals but lacked communication and could not ever really explain what was currently occurring in the case. Before hiring, I advise you allow yourself time to ask as many questions during your consult and search for other attorneys before settling for the first attorney you come across.

Worst service ever . Mediocre lawyer and big liars him and his paralegal

This law office not giving settlement money. You may need to get so much hard time to get your settlement money. I am Suffering right now.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I have been waiting 18 months and all they keep saying is they don’t know or it’s the insurance company. They do not communicate very well either
