Mr. Errichiello represented me on some serious charges in Suffolk County. He was always accessible, prepared, and courteous. He seemed to know everyone in both Central Islip and then in Riverhead. He gives it to you straight….he is very frank and ‘up-front’. He had an answer to every question I asked, ir my family asked. When it came to negotiating deals, he had a great repoire with the Judges and D.A.’s. And when deals couldn’t be reached, he was a shark in litigation and at trial. The results I have gotten with him were excellent. I would recommend Mr. Errichiello to anyone who needs a criminal attorney.

Mr. Errichiello represented me on quite a few traffic tickets over the years. He beat a couple cell phone tickets in Manhattan and Queens. He got a plea bargain to no points on a 90mph in a 55mph zone in Suffolk Traffic Court in Hauppague. He got me no points on a 94 in a 50 mph zone in Nassau Traffic Court in Hempstead. I own a trucking company and have hired Dominic to handle many of my drivers' tickets. Each time he got them little to zero points. He is always attentive, very easy to talk to and to get in touch with although he is always busy. I have hired other attorneys before Dominic, and he is by far the best.

Mr. Errichiello represented me on a felony D.W.I. in Nassau. Man, is that place tough. Not only is the D.A.'s office really trying to jam you up, also the Judge, the clerk, and even the Court reporter seem like they are against you. Suffice to say, the offer from the D.A.'s office was ridiculous. After some Court appearances, motions, hearings and other litigation, it was time for trial. Throughout the process, Mr. Errichiello was knowledgeable, honest, straight forward, always available when I had questions with smart, clear, strategic answers. Mr. Errichiello might be the best trial lawyer I have ever seen or heard of. He was a shark in tearing apart the cops on cross-examination. His presence in the courtroom was immense. He picked apart the evidence of the D.A. In the end, he got me off. I owe Mr. Errichiello my life. I was looking at years in jail, and I walked out "not guilty", free as a bird, and could then move on with my life. Thank you, Dominic.

Mr. Errichiello represented me on a rape case in Manhattan. He started the representation pre-arrest after the detective had contacted me. We met in his office on multiple occasions where he mapped out a strategy that covered from the voluntary surrender all the way through to the eventual trial. Every part of the strategy was though out and very intuitive. He worked out a voluntary surrender with the detective, which led in turn to very reasonable bail being set, which I posted. He handled the case all the way through the trial, in which he was a superstar. He tore apart the D.A.'s witnesses and other evidence. In the end, I was acquitted on all charges. I owe Dominic my life. If you are ever charged with a serious crime, I would definitely recommend Mr. Errichiello. He is a phenomenal attorney.

Mr. Errichiello helped me out a few times with criminal cases. I had an Assault, 2nd degree felony in Queens charge back in 2012. Mr. Errichiello was very up-front in explaining my options and the strategies we would employ. He was always available to answer my questions, and he gave me some fantastic advice. After a few months of Mr. Errichiello picking apart the D.A.'s case, I ended up with an ACOD, which meant if I stayed out of trouble for 6 months, the case would get dismissed. (which it eventually did). He even referred me to a great personal injury attorney to sue the city for the cops beating me up. I would recommend Mr. Errichiello to anyone. In fact, I HAVE RECOMMENDED him to some of my friends and my understanding is they were very happy with him as well.

Mr. Errichiello has represented me on numerous cases in Manhattan, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk. Every time I have needed him over the years, he was able to give me unbelievably great advice on any issues related to my case, and even on some life-related issues not necessarily related to my case. I had some felonies in Nassau and Manhattan. I was so scared I would be going to jail for a long time. He calmly handled the cases, never really considering some ridiculous offers on my cases. Sometimes the cases took a while to resolve, but that is part of his strategy. When the right offer isn't available, he knows how to pick apart the cases fully confident it will work out in the end. He always told me time is the friend of the out-of-custody defendant, and that always was the case. The results speak for themselves: even with all the trouble I got into, the cases ended with no jail, no probation and, most importantly, no criminal convictions. He even gave me some great advice that led to me turning my life around. I owe Dominic more than I could ever hope to repay him. He is the best!!!

Mr. Errichiello represented me on a witness tampering case. The D.A. wanted some serious jail time. My brother was on trial for Attempted Murder. Too bad I couldn't afford Mr. Errichiello for that case. On my case, after many months, the D.A. re-filing charges more than once against me, Mr. Errichiello got the case DISMISSED! I have been in trouble a bunch of times....I had many, many lawyers. I would recommend Mr. Errichiello to anyone and everyone.

He was the worst lawyer ive ever had. Not only is he unprofessional but he doesnt know what he is doing. I hired a better lawyer that handle my case in two days after i no longer had Dominic represent after it was taking him over 6 months and he hadnt done nothing with my case. One day the judge even kicked him out the court room and he refused to come back because the judge told him he needed to study the laws more. What a shame.

Mr. Errichiello handled my D.W.I. charge in Manhattan. The Manhattan D.A.'s office took a hard-line stance on my case. They can be really tough. Also, they had what looked like a good case against me, considering I took and failed the breathalyzer. Nonetheless, after about a year of litigating and court appearances, Mr. Errichiello got all charges against me dismissed. I was nervous and scared throughout the time the case was going on, losing a lot of sleep. Thank God I hired the right attorney for this case. Mr. Errichiello is a great lawyer. I would highly recommend him to any person arrested on a D.W.I.

Mr. Errichiello represented me on serious drug charges that I was charged with in connection with a D.W.I./drugs charge. He was able to suppress the drugs at a pretrial hearing, which resulted in the drug charges being dismissed. Then, at trial on the D.W.I.-drugs, he beat the case at trial. In sum, all charges were dismissed or acquitted. Mr. Errichiello is an unbelievable attorney! Many times, he tempers your expectations by telling you not to expect that he is a magician, then, when push comes to shove, his results are magical.

Mr. Errichiello is the best attorney I've ever seen. Thankfully, lately, I've only needed him for traffic tickets (I know he handles much more serious cases), but he did amazing jobs with my cases. I had a string where I received speeding and cell phone tickets in Manhattan, Queens and Suffolk counties at different times. In Manhattan and Queens he tore apart the respective police officers until the Administrative Judge dismissed the speeding and cell phone tickets in Manhattan and Queens. In Suffolk, he just strolled in and got the prosecutor to offer a parking ticket with a $50 fine off of a 93 mph in a 40 mph zone. If it wasn't for Mr. Errichiello, I don't think I would have a driver's license right now.
