I had the pleasure of having Matthew as my attorney for a employment issue. After getting turn down by many firms Matthew took my case and came up with a fair settlement with my former employer. Mr. Jbara and his team are hardworking and professional. They were always very courteous and respectful of our situation, helpful in trying to make things as easy as possible for us, especially since cases that deal with immigration are very complicated. However in the end it was all worth it, and none of it could have been done without Jamal and his team. Especially compared to other lawyers where the path was less certain.

Thomas Ricotta is efficient, compassionate, and respectful attorney. He had helped to win a good settlement award for my case with NYC DOE. He explains the legal process and gets right into it. It took three years due to the DOE lags. I would highly recommend him if you have an employment discrimination, disparate treatment, sexual harassment, suspension, etc. It is worth the 40% they charge upon winning the settlement.
