I came across William after having read the numerous glowing reviews on his website. As is typical when contacting a lawyer via an internet search, I was unsure of what to expect. However, after my initial phone conversation with William, I immediately knew that I had made the correct decision to contact him. William listened attentively as I described my case and instantly offered several possible solutions. He was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He assured me that he would do everything possible to assist me. I hung up feeling very relieved and impressed. We had several e-mail and phone conversations before setting up a consultation with Steve. At the consultation, the fantastic service continued as William and Steve patiently went through every aspect of my case. Additionally, they were extremely honest with respect to the services they could render as well as to the exact cost. After I left the consultation I felt a great burden lifted off my shoulders. Post consultation, William and I continued to converse via both phone and e-mail with William continuing to research my case on his own time and at no additional cost. For the first time in my career I was terminated. Being faced with having to sign a separation agreement made me nervous and wanted to make sure I understood what I was signing and whether what I was offered was fair. They not only had my former employer add a few clauses on the agreement to benefit and protect me but were also able to get me an extension of my medical insurance. Both William and Steve were incredibly helpful, they both kept me informed of any new developments about my case via emails, texts and phone calls. William always followed up with me and listened to all my concerns and took action when needed. When the revised agreement was received, William spent more than an hour disseminating each line with me so that I had complete understanding before signing it. I can’t express enough how grateful and lucky I am to have met such incredible professionals who really care about their clients. I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to let others know about my superb experience with them and their exceptional service.
