When I hired the services of the Stockman office, I didn't realize how quickly and easily everything would be finished. Every member of the team was attentive, communicative, and mindful of my time. Competent and efficient, the team was as personable as they were professional. They had my company's trademark business sorted in what I consider to be record time. I'll be sure to keep Stockman and his office in mind for any and all future legal matters that need my attention.

Stockman & Poropat professionally and efficiently resolved a problem I was having as a published author on Amazon. So this doesn’t happen every day. I had an attorney file for a trademark registration and it was denied. In hindsight, I probably used the wrong attorney, didn’t ask enough questions, etc. So here I am ready to expand a brand I’ve been building for 2+ years and done millions and millions of dollars under only to be told that I can’t trademark the name. Enter Stockman and Poropat. Bottom line, they listened, advised and ultimately successfully argued to win me my trademark registration!
