Stockman & Poropat is an excellent firm that provides expertise in a wide range of legal matters. For me they, they assisted with establishing two LLCs and even revised an operating agreement for me. Michael and Jason are the two I worked with and both were excellent! They were fast, efficient and answered questions in a timely manner.
