I recently had Stockman and Poropat set up a LLC for me. Michael Poropat was great to work with. I would highly recommend him!

Their attention to detail was wonderful. When I took my LLC into the bank to set up a business account the banker was very impressed that I had all the correct documents. Making it a streamlined quick setup !

I have set up many LLCs over the years but NEVER as fast and efficiently as my recent one set up by Stockman & Poropat. I was a real pleasure working with them.

I am based in the UK and required help with a case in the US - with having no luck in my own country, I found Stockman & Poropat. I had never been in a situation where I needed legal help (the stress was very real) and I cannot recommend Travis and his team enough - they are absolutely fantastic. Extremely Impressed with how fast the responses were considering the time difference; communications were through email and the odd telephone call. Both means were professional and if I had any questions, even if I felt a little silly asking, they would answer quickly whilst being understanding of the situation. Constant communication meant I knew exactly what was going on and they were fast at getting to work – Around 2 weeks and my case was sorted – superb! I cannot thank them or praise them enough!
