I initially reached out to Ms. Co for a consultation regarding divorce and I appreciated her honesty which led to me hiring her. She was always responsive to any questions and made time for me. Very transparent and worth every penny.

Paid upfront for legal services over a year ago.. yet nothing has been accomplished. I’ve called countless amount of times and so has my husband’s attorney and Mr DeCorpo is never available and/or never returns my calls. Already paid for the service which thus far has been little to none and very subpar. Will be a waste of money if I seek representation from somewhere else at this point! Please be wary!!

May is an excellent attorney who clearly spelled out my legal situation and options up front. She was always accessible and honest about the paths that I could choose. She was always on time and present with me during all my court proceedings and advocated on my behalf with the court. Very comforting to have her on my side going through a difficult situation. I strongly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

My ex took my child to Ecuador and I attempted to pick up my child and got held by Ecuadorian authorities. I finally got back to New York and hired Catherine. It took 3 months with the Department of State, Family Court, Supreme Court all involved. I look back and now am very thankful that I have my son, sole custody, and my life back. Thank you Catherine.

This place of business need to be investigated. They are all crooks and lies a lot. Very very unprofessional staff. They take your money and do nothing. Then when you are not satisfy with their behavior and ask to withdraw from their services you get a enormous bill. Mr. Elliot seem nice but his staff is horrible. Please be very careful doing business with this law firm. They are not honest and they will suck out money out of you. There are much more better law firms that are cost effective and do the same job or provide better service to customer who are struggling.

Elliot is not the lawyer you want unless you want a good street lawyer.I am not saying he is " Better Call Saul" but Elliot is a mover. He is a good lawyer as far as the knowledge of the law itself...but he is not your babysitter.You need to buy time and work the system...he is your guy.You need someone to be your mommy and hold your hand....he is not that guy. He has allot of clients and helps many people so he may be slow returning a call so..... yes you have stay on top of your own case and check in with him however, in the end the guy knows his law and hes quick on his feet. Did you know Elliot used to work the Bank side of foreclosure. He knows what they know.He is worth his fees..you just need to work with him.. Hes kept me out of foreclosure for long time now.. They don't call back. Receptionist that answers the phone is a nasty, rude POS. I retained Nathan DeCorpo for a guardianship. Paid a $2500 retainer. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me to sign the petition. It was suppose to be filed and I was suppose to receive a copy via email. Never was filed. After a week of no response, I finally got a hold of him. He told me that I had to come in to sign a new petition because the one he was to file wasn't acceptable. I came in. signed another petition. Again the same exact thing. Did not file, did not call back. I got a hold of him after 3 days of persistence, I was told that the waiver of process wasn't acceptable because it had to be notarized from the US consulate (mother of child lives in Trinidad). Was suppose to send me a new document to send to Trinidad. It;s been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard back nor have received anything via email. I called the family court myself, and found out that the US consulate excuse he gave me was bs and that it was acceptable. He never got any information from me to fill out all the required documents needed to file a guardianship. A little research on the internet and the help from the family court clerk, I was able to file it yesterday myself. This office seems to be ran more like a telemarketing agency than a law firm. Luckily I got my money back from AMEX almost immediately after I disputed. Still have not heard from these clowns since it has been 10 days since AMEX gave me the refund. This office epitomizes why I think lawyers are nothing but a bunch of glorified ambulance chasers, a low-hanging fruit career with requires very little moral integrity

They dont call back...dont bother w them. Schlissel called back after a week n quoted me 2500...said De corpo would do the case. Decorpo had a receptionist call me back...and gave me a quote for 10000...lol CHAPTER 7....$10000....SMH FIND SONEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT ABD NOT CONSTANTLY YAWNING N HALF ASLEEP
