Mr.Scalia didn't prepare for trial other than to tell the def to wear glasses. Didn't call any witnesses even though we had asked him to. Including a corrupt cop forced to resign. Didn't cross examine most of state's witnesses. In closing he told jury def had worn mask used in robbery just not on that day. Def proclaimed actual innocence and told attorney several times he never wore or had ever seen the mask. While waiting for a verdict Mr.Scalia voiced to us that he was worried he needed to give his dog his medication. Our lives were about to change and weren't interested in hearing that he didn't have someone to give his dog meds. We knew all week we would be in court until 9:30 pm on Friday. I would never want anyone else to lose their freedom due to an overworked and Overpaid lawyer.
