Hudak was not responsive to half of my calls and emails. Hudak attempted to appear in court without my permission and advised I was not needed to attend which I found out later not true. Hudak misinformed me and stated my EX husband may win and seek alimony support should I seek child support, which I later found out years later, not possible. Hudak failed to inform me that it is within my legal right to have my EX pay 40% of childcare support. Hudak lack professionalism and did not fight what was right within my legal rights. Without reservatins, I do NOT recommend legal services from Elizabeth Hudak.
