Lawyers tend to have a certain reputation as being heartless. We've all heard the jokes, passed along at the bar or at home, and tend to take a certain truth from them. Having never worked with a lawyer before, I definetly came into Mr. Tock's office with those preconceptions. And I must say, never have I been so pleasantly superseded to be wrong. From the very start, I was greeted with nothing but heartfelt sencierty. Mr. Tock and his partners took a personal interest in my case. This office and the people in it are nothing less than honest, caring people. This past summer I ended up in extremely bad legal trouble. My life is was upside down. No lawyers I talked to seemed optimistic at all. When I had my first consultation with Joe and Lisa they spoke directly to me instead of the usual talking down to which most lawyers tend to do. They had a plan from the start and we're optimistic about results they thought they could get for me. They didn't lie. Almost 4 months later my charges were reduced to almost nothing and I was able to finally move forward in life in so many ways. A lot of things would of been different if I did not use them. Any questions even my family had they would respond and call right back themselves. That says a lot about how they work. I don't think I have ever left a review of anything in my life but this was necessary. I am still blown away by the results. No question this is the best firm around!
