Joe Tock has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He listens to what you have to say and follows thru in a professional and timely manner. I have used lawyers in the past but working with Joe and his staff places them as number one in my book. My experience working with Joe and his office was amazing. I was in a terrible car accident just as Lock Down began in 2020, and from the beginning I was treated less like a client, and more like a friend. My family arranged for a phone call between me and Joe, and from that moment on he did everything he could for me. He worked phone calls around my rehab schedule and made sure I had nothing to worry about other than healing. I asked Joe to keep my parents involved, from beginning to end that's exactly what he did. He would also take all the time in the world to make sure my parents and I understood the process. He would answer every question we asked, no matter how big, or how small with patience and thoroughness. If there was ever a time I couldn't get ahold of Joe I would get a member of his staff, and when I say it was a pleasure to talk to them, I mean it. Every phone call would end with a laugh no matter what kind of day I was having. When the phone call would end I was positive that Joe would get my message quickly, and call me back as soon as possible. In my opinion Joe and his office did absolutely everything I could have asked for and more.
