Really bad experience, I needed a demand letter and certificate of merit for a medical malpractice case, I found letter dash and I decided to give them a shot for it, I made an account and I posted my request, since I never used letter dash before, I am not a legal person, I had some question before I had to pay the amount asked for, $428 not $199 how they state on their advertisement to attract you to make an account , but I was ok with the price anyways, but I wanted the answer to my questions first, the person who was chatting with me was really unpleasant and impatient, I felt he did not want answer to my question and at the end he told me to have an answer to my question I was supposed to pay the $428 request first, this was insane for me, because once you pay there is no refund for you if the letter is not in the way you were looking for, at the end when I told them I was not happy with that and I will make a review about it, they told me if I would do it they will sue me, this is ridiculous those people are ridiculous, don’t trust them. FOLLOWUP for this review: after I posted this review I got a contact from the person who I was having the legal help, He explain to me what happened , after the call I was ready to cancel my review and give letter dash another chance about it(because misunderstandings can happen) , but then letter dash (not the person who I was having the legal conversation with) kept threatening me if I didn’t remove my legitimate review they were going to take me to courts, again this is insane for me because I did not make any false statement I just explained how the conversation was, that’s why I will not remove my review because what I stated really happened, if letter dash want take me to court I am open to that, I have nothing to hide especially because they state I did try to make defamation and this is insane again because defamation is when you make a false statement and this is not the case I have all picture for the conversation I will bring that to court if necessary , I made this review for people like me who are looking for legal help and don’t know letter dash, so they can be prepared on what they can possibly go through, I wish I found a review like mine before I made an account with letter dash so I could be more prepared but I understand why I did not at this point because if they threaten everyone who try to make a review that is not positive.
