Kohan Law Group handled a recent personal injury case for me and I was enormously happy with the results. In addition, they kept me fully informed and up to date as to what was happening in my case, which was difficult during Covid. John was our source of calm through not one, but two signed contracts to purchase a home! Our first was a signed intent to purchase in which the sellers filed for bankruptcy prior to putting their house for sale (YIKES!). This was an incredible amount of extra work for John and all of us included - he did not bill us even though he did a ton of legwork on the legality of the sale which ended up falling through. Our second contract is now officially our new home!!!! Everything happens for a reason - I would recommend John to anyone who needs a Real Estate lawyer - He is knowledgeable, prompt and considerate of your time. A consummate professional. THANK YOU!!!

Great experience closing on our house with John.

John has helped us with not one but two closings! We closed on the sale of our house and on the purchase of our new home. John executed these consecutive closings seamlessly. We appreciate John’s knowledge, patience, and positive attitude. We also developed a wonderful relationship with John which made this entire process that much enjoyable. John Snider is amazing at real estate law. I've had a poor experience buying my house with another law firm. John helped my wife and I sell our house and we couldn't have been happier with the turnout. He was responsive with emails, texts, and phone calls. We never once had to track him down for information, he was right on top of it.... always. It was crucial that we had a reliable lawyer with excellent communication skills since we sold our house while out of state. He walked us through how to do the process remotely and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. He's extremely knowledgeable.
